The Lancashire Mental Health and Social Care Partnership Board
In September 2010, the Partnership Board was suspended indefinitely, pending the current reorganisation of its statutory organisations.
The Board was originally established in 2005 to lead and support a programme of change within Mental Health Services and was originally chaired by Richard Jones, Executive Director of Community and Adult Social Services for Lancashire County Council.
Membership included senior representation from the five Lancashire NHS Primary Care Trusts, Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust, Lancashire County Council, Blackburn with Darwen and Blackpool Councils, and worked in partnership with representative Service Users and Carers helping to develop services across Lancashire.
